State and Local Gas Prices are on the Decline

Across the state of Michigan, gas prices have fallen over the last month and are down 26 cents to $3.39 a gallon. For diesel customers, prices are also down from a month ago – 12 cents to $4.30 a gallon. These trends are in line with national ones, where gas prices are down 31 cents a gallon from last month. 

In the Grand Rapids-Muskegon-Holland area, gas prices are slightly lower than the state average and are currently $3.32 a gallon. That is 23 cents less expensive than a month ago.
